I'm a Support Engineer with around four years of experience across SaaS, cloud, and enterprise software. Support is where I've built my foundation, but I'm drawn to understanding how systems work end to end, and how the people using them experience them.

I've worked across observability, API integrations, cloud infrastructure, compliance tooling, and developer-facing products, picking up practical experience with AWS, GCP, Linux, Kubernetes, SQL, and a range of APM tools along the way.
